In the back of this photo is St. George's Parish Church in Piran, Slovenia. This Roman Catholic church is located on the hill above the town with beautiful view over the city and the sea. It was built in the Venetian Renaissance architectural style and has been dedicated to Saint George.
I have taken this photo during my summer holiday in Piran this year.
