As you all know I am working on getting on the road. I have been doing some research on how I am going to power the things I need too. I do not want to have the solar panels hanging from the roof of the van and dealing with a power inverter and all the other stuff separately.
I have been looking into solar generators. Those have everything all in one box and it is easier to handle and it makes it much easier to do some stealth camping. All the components are in the same box and there are some nice on out there. I have been looking into the Bluetti solar generators. I think I will save up and get the EB240, it will be about 200 amp-hours so it will work fine for what I need. I can use a couple of briefcase solar panels to charge it and I can also charge when I am driving.
Here they are on Amazon.com.
I was looking at them and I wondered what if the were on Alibaba.com. Low and behold they were there also. I started thinking about all of this and they just had different brand names but were the same product. They were also somewhat cheaper but The shipping might get me on this though.
I see quite a few YouTubers doing reviews on the Bluetti products and one of the best I think is Hobotech. I wondered if Bluetti did all those Indiegogo crowdfunding to get Chinese companies to make their products and got reviewers like Hobotech to test and give them the things they did not like about them and sent it to China to get them corrected. Crowdfunding basically paid for all the orders and then they had the products to sell. They make money as they order bulk and make a good profit for Chinese made stuff.
The question I would ask is why not do all of this in the U.S. and create jobs and help our economy instead of the CCP economy. I realized it was because the sweatshops in China do not pay hardly anything at all and they make more money themselves from this practice. Then they let China sell knockoffs of there product to make them even more money or give the Chinese the ideas of what we are really looking for in the U.S.
I guess I should not be surprised as you see it every day and it has just become the normal thing to us here in the U.S. I mean Wal-mart does it with laptops. The gaming laptop the sell for 1200.00 dollars is the same one on Alibaba that sells for 200.00 or so. It seems nothing is really made in the U.S. anymore, we have sold out to China and the CCP. Big corporations should be ashamed for doing this but as they say, " Money talks, Bulls**t walks!"
Just something for you to think about the next time you go to Wal-mart or any store for that matter. There is not much we as small people can do unless we all band together, as we see right now that will be almost impossible though. Have a good night/day all, whatever it is in your part of the world!
