My boyfriend and I have always wanted to venture further North. It was on both of our bucket lists to get to Alaska, but with Work and life it didn’t seem like it would happen. Until one day we made the spur of the moment decision to say screw it, pack our bags and drive the 18 hours to Whitehorse, Yukon. We had family living in Whitehorse but were planning on moving in a few short months, so this was our final chance to get Alaska off our bucket list.
It was the best decision we could of made. The drive was long but so beautiful. The mountains are completely breathtaking. Once we returned my boyfriend made a video of our adventure through the Yukon then onto Alaska.
