During my last vacation I visited the place in India called Daringbadi in Odisha. I was interested to visit just because this place is called as Kashmir of Odisha. Many sources through internet I found that though this place is in eastern part of India but there is snow fall!!!
But I think that's the myth about the place..
This is too hot place except December and January. I went in first week of March and found too hot. During rainy season there is much rainfall but snow fall never.
