JASPER: Bitcoin paid 4 a visit 2 Canadian National Treasure

This past weekend, bitcoin took us to Jasper National Park. If you come this way, Miette Hot Springs is a must visit location. There is a great hike called Sulphur Skyline minutes from the springs. When you reach the top you are rewarded with a 360° view of the Rocky Mountains. For an easier hike, try Utopia Pass.

We walked to one of the sources of Miette Hot Springs. Some of the top minerals found in the spring are sulfate, calcium, bicarbonate, magnesium & sodium. As you see in the photo, the sulfate turns the rock almost white as it gushes out the side of the mountain at a scorchin' 124°F (51°C)!!! This source was found along Utopia Pass Trail.
