Will July and August see less activity on Steemit? It is the time of summer vacations, isn’t it? I will struggle with posting, I admit.
Here is a vacation suggestion! Many decide to go to the seaside. It’s hot there, for some too hot. Why not take a week to visit the mountains?
These two lakes - Bled and Bohinj in Slovenia - seem like a paradise to me. Straight out from a fairytale.
There are no Loch Ness monsters but you can find something similar on beer bottles right next to the lakes!
To Do (suggestions)
Grab a local beer brew in nearest bar. Do you have to go on a pub crawl in every new place you visit? Why not, I ask you!
take a swim with mermaids - place crawls with Slovenian models, just look at Melania Trump
go on a boat ride. You can row your significant other across the lake to a small monastery. Quite difficult, but she’ll like you for it. About 12 euro per hour. Overall a good investment!
While you are rowing, make out like you have never done before. Nobody can see you except if they use binoculars in the castle above. I wish I had known that before… :)
Play with animals - ducks, donkeys, dogs, cats, you name it, they are there
quietly enjoy the nature
go for a swim at the designated area! 6 euros per day, not a bad trade! You can use the slide and everything!
be a dick to everyone around you - you are on your vacation and you have foreign passport, what do you care?
if you are fit enough, hike around
ride in a car lift above the Lake Bohinj to 1353 m and then paraglide down
stay at a moss overtaken hotel
...and many other fun stuff that you can think of yourself!
