Finally I found the time to write my first little Post. Hope you enjoy it.
The Höllentalklamm is a beautiful flume near to Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the area of the Zugspitze, the highest peak of Germany. We've been a group of ten people with no really experience in walking. So that trail is also for unexperienced people possible. But please note that you can't take unwieldy things like bikes or buggys and so on with you!
Startingpoints are about 2.7km away from the entrance of the flume.
It starts idyllic
but soon you are surrounde by high cliffs...
... you're directly walking alongside the cliffs.
Between the cliffs the water is swooshing...
... swoosh...
... oh look at this! Over there! Can you see me?
Sometimes, the cliffs are really tight together - there you can go through tunnels in the cliffs.
Oh, over there is a little bit more space - there we can have some lunch.
Those were only some Impressions from the Höllentalklamm. But in real life it's much more imposing. And much more colder and a little humid. Keep that in mind when you go for a visit.
