We visited quite a few attractions today. The Medina and square of Marrakech, gardens, tombs and more. I will have great details with lots if photos when I get home. For now, I will share a photo of our couscous cooking class today.
Our instructor showed us how to make the couscous and then how to cool the couscous in a double boiler above meat and vegetables.
