We started the morning very early 5 am, as usual I had my breakfast before leaving, an arepa, milk chocolate and egg, I was very excited because I had many days maybe months away from the mountain and my activities there. I went to a place for my new one with a guide, a neighbor a lady who I calculated a little past the 50 (Doña lili), but do not be fooled by that number because she is a lady well-trained, and knowledgeable of the mountains of those places.

We calculated a couple of liters of hydration and some things to eat along the way fruits, cookies and snacks, I worried about my physical condition a bit neglected by the distance of these activities to my routine. However, I kept a pace at my guide level, although there were very steep climbs, the road was almost 100% marked, a good enough weather for us, cloudy and breezy.
We walk for about 3 and a half hours on the way up where we reach a path where you can see the passage to another mountain and descent to other villages. I proposed to return because the provisions were not enough and we knew how long we could take on the road.

It was a very entertaining way, where we could see some species of birds, like the Barranquero, Tucanes and Pajaros Carpinteros, between rocky roads and some not so much, we could have a great view of the south of the city of Medellin.
