When we was in San Francisco, we made a tour in Nappa Valley. As we really like bubbles, this is a must visit place. This cellar is owned by Taittinger. The weather was really warm, and clear, so it was really great moment to sit there in the calm of the place.

After a walk around the place, we started the tasting
First we started with a white bubbly fresh champagne, then a rosé, than a prestige one
After the champagnes, we tried a pinot noir. It was an excellent closing after the bubbles
