Golden Lane - Prague/Czech Republic

Hello all,

There are many beautiful small colorful houses located at Golden Lane in the complex of Prague Castle. They were inhabited by defenders of the Castle, servants or for example goldsmiths and the Castle marksmen. Many of the houses are now souvenir shops, and there is a museum of medieval armory within the former 14th-century fortification accessible from Golden Lane. I remember it being free of charge to enter when I was a child but now there is an entrance fee of 10 EUR:(.... However, if you go after 16:00 or 17:00 PM (depending on season) there is no entrance fee:).... Hope you are all having a great weekend.
