Planning my trip to Philippines, any suggestions?

Hello fellow steemians,

I have just started planning my upcoming trip to Philippines which I am leaving for in about 2 to 3 weeks time and will be staying 3 1/2 weeks or so. I am seeing a friend of mine and will be staying mainly in Manila from which I would like to go to a nice island for few days.

I would appreciate your suggestions of must go and see places and things to do while there. The power of Steemit! Let's share some knowledge:).... Have a great night and thank you for your help.
