Travels teach you a lot about the world and, above all, about you. You find out that you are not the navel of the earth, that there are different people, that your opinion is not universally valid and you become more tolerant and , finally, good.
I believe that a true journey through the world can teach you more than a few years of school. You will never forget the capitals of the countries you have visited or the heights of the conquered peaks, and you will certainly better understand how to count in front of a currency exchange counter.
The real language test foreign , after years and years of grammar in school, is on the scene when you start telling a stranger about your country. Then you realize that you have not paid too much attention to the history classes in general ,and with every trip in the countries around near Romania you have learn more about the influences on country.
Some of the things I learned from travels:
You always need a plan B or even C.
If you can not pick up your bag, it means you've packed too many unnecessary things.
A road partner can make your trip. Better or worse.
There is no ugly weather, but only inappropriate clothes.
Locals are the best tourist guides.
Beautiful holidays are closer than you imagine and it's simpler and cheaper to get there than you thought.
