This is Leshan Giant Buddha. Not far from the center, about 20 minutes by car. There are 2 ways to see the Giant Buddha. By boat where you can get close and take photos or walking. The river was dry that day and we couldn't go by boat. These photos are provided by my mother in law
There are stairs to climb and you go around the Buddha. It is one way direction. Took 4 hours for the whole walk and it was very crowded. Not recommended if you bring kids.
But you get really close and get nice photos of the Giant Buddha
