Meeting mountain gorillas face-to-face in Bwindi National Park, Uganda was incredible. There are only 800 of them in the whole world, and they live in two national parks. Both of them are in Uganda, and one is located on the borders with Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo.
I wasn't sure what to expect when we were entering the jungle. We were trekking for about 4 hours till we found them. It was though as you have to go through bushes! But worth it. We were so close to them, and one came directly to me and touched me! I felt such a connection. I could watch them for hours, but they let you stay with them only for one hour. Here are some pictures I took.
