My bags are packed. I’m ready to go.

It’s a classic song, for me made famous by Armageddon, the Bruce Willis & Ben Afleck movie.

The company wintersports weekend has finally arrived.

Obviously, like any man, I waited till the last moment to pack my bag.

But I got everything I need. Including my awesome goggles (sunglasses) and my bouncy pants. which ate basically shorts with extra padding.

We’re leaving tomorrow afternoon for a 4 hour busdrive (the company rented a bus for the entire crew).

We should arrive in Winterberg, Germany around 6 pm.

I am totally looking forward to it. A coworkers that’s in the same chalet as I am will bring a crate of homebrew beer which I have already sampled recently. that’ll be a great start tomorrow night.

Then we’ll have the whole of saturday and the first half of sunday to snowboard or ski.

Me, I’ll be snowboarding.

I just hope the predicted rain will stay away till monday or something.

I can’te believe it’s already been more than 10 years since I lasten thundered down a mountain in my Nitro Magnum.

Well, we’ll see if I still have what it takes.
