Syvorotka - a river in Russia, flows in the Vologda region, in the Veliky Ustyug district. The river mouth is located 10 km from Velikiy Ustyug along the left bank of the Sukhona River. The length of the river is 13 km. The source of the river is located north-west of the village Derevesnikovo, 11 km north-west of Veliky Ustyug. Syvorotka flows to the south-east, has no large tributaries. On the banks of the river there are a number of villages of the Mardengsky rural settlement — Derevesnikovo, Pushkarikha, Yeskino (non-residential), Kulikovo — all on the left bank. When Syvorotka flows into Sukhona, there is a village of Syvorotkino.
The mouth of the river has a different landscape every year. For the first time I saw a small waterfall here.
The soil in this place is sandy. Because of this, the channel part of this small river often changes.
Such small rivers have no special significance and influence on the landscape, as well as on the river Sukhona.
I note only that the banks of all rivers are overgrown with willow.
In the village of Syvorotkino now there are a couple of bridges over the river.
Previously, they were many times more. There was even a bridge for tractors. I do not know if it was preserved.
Meadows along the river have always been characterized by an abundance of grass.
And in this place is the track, which divides the village into two parts. On the outskirts there is an unfinished house. How many I can remember - it is always here.
The same road that leads to Lodeyka and even further.
And here the locals go down from the road to the houses.
Syvorotkino is an ordinary village with its cozy places and a river located in a picturesque place. Due to its proximity to the city, it will live a very long time.
