Atardecer de un fin de semana de locura
Viernes por la mañana en una epoca no muy lejana, salgo para ir a trabajar y suena mi telefono. Lo atiendo, y una voz conocida me dice cuando salis de trabajo te paso a buscar y nos vamos. Tengo una sorpresa para vos. 🙄
Ansioso todo el dia, finalmente llega el momento esperado. Salgo de la oficina y me estaba esperando ella. Con una mochila mia y una sonrisa de oreja a oreja.

- a Chascomus. Feliz cumpleaños nene!
Me mori de amor. Soy una persona a la que no le gustan los festejos. No me gustan las reuniones en donde ser centro de atencion sean la consigna. Asique esas fechas no son de mi agrado. Pero las sorpresas son lo que mas me gusta en esta vida.
Llegamos a Chascomus y nos encontramos con el atardecer esperandonos para recibirnos a este bonito pueblo.
Sunset of a weekend of madness
Friday morning in a time not so long ago, I leave for work and my phone rings. I answer it, and a familiar voice tells me when you get off work I'll pick you up and we'll go. I have a surprise for you. 🙄
Anxious all day, finally the long awaited moment arrives. I come out of the office and she was waiting for me. With a backpack of mine and a smile from ear to ear.
- Where are we going?
- To Retiro (a bus terminal).

- to Chascomus. Happy birthday baby!
I died of love. I'm a person who doesn't like celebrations. I don't like gatherings where being the center of attention is the motto. So these dates are not my cup of tea. But surprises are what I like the most in this life.
We arrived in Chascomus and found the sunset waiting to welcome us to this beautiful town.
Laguna de Chascomus
Luego de dejar nuestras cosas en la posada que reservo, nos fuimos a comprar cosas para la comida y algo para brindar.
Al dia siguiente despues del desayuno nos fuimos a conocer la laguna. Que por cierto es inmensa y muy bonita. Empezamos con mucha energia disfrutando de un dia increible de sol. Con el pasar de tiempo la energia se fue apagando y el señ seguia subiendo. El calor incrementandose y nosotros cayendo ( de solo acordarme ya me rio) el condimento de todo esto es que habiamos tomado extasis para salir a la caminata asique nos empezamos a deshidratar.
A la mitad de la vuelta al lago eso calculamos ya casi desesperanzados y sin agua por tomar nos encontramos con un pequeño sendero que salia de la ruta que bordeaba la laguna. Nos animamos a entrar buscando un poco de sombra y descansar un poco y un oasis nos ilumono.
Chascomus lagoon
After leaving our things at the posada we went shopping for food and something to toast.
The next day after breakfast we went to visit the lagoon. Which by the way is huge and very beautiful. We started with a lot of energy enjoying an incredible sunny day. As time went by the energy faded and the sun kept rising. The heat was increasing and we were falling (just remembering it makes me laugh) the spice of all this is that we had taken ecstasy to go on the hike so we started to dehydrate.
Halfway around the lake that's what we calculated and almost desperate and without water to drink we found a small trail that came out of the road that bordered the lagoon. We encouraged ourselves to enter looking for some shade and rest a little and an oasis illuminated us.
Quedamos extiasiados (literalmente) con el lugar. El silencio. La luz entrando por entre los arboles. Los pajaros cantando, el ruido de las hojas mientras dabamos pasos y algun animalito que se escondia entre los arbustos, fue increible momento.
Recuperamos el aliento y con lo que pudimos seguimos hasta terminar la vuelta. Que por cierto fueron 30kms caminando. Osea todo el dia.
Se imaginaran como termino el dia. A la vera del rio re cansados con los pies en el agua tomando una cerveza.
Pero esto no termino aca. Al dia siguiente ya habiendonos recuperado habia otra sorpresa. Muy temprano me levanto y sin entender mucho me dijo vamos a un lugar que me dijeron es muy copado. Nos esperaban un auto en la puerta y emprendimos camino. Salimos a la ruta y a los pocos kilometros llegamos a un lugar con dos angares y resulta que la otra sorpresa era una bajada en caida libre en paracaidas. 🤪
Adrenalina pura es poca. Un sueño que tenia pendiente en mi lista de cosas por hacer (todos tenemos una)
Y en fin, aca les dejo algunas de lo vivido.
We were overjoyed (literally) with the place. The silence. The light coming through the trees. The birds singing, the noise of the leaves as we took steps and some little animal hiding in the bushes, it was an incredible moment.
We caught our breath and with what we could we continued until the end of the walk. Which by the way was 30kms walking. That is the whole day.
You can imagine how the day ended. On the banks of the river re tired with our feet in the water drinking a beer.
But it didn't end there. The next day, having recovered, there was another surprise. Very early I got up and without understanding much he told me we were going to a place that I was told was very cool. A car was waiting for us at the door and we set off. We hit the road and after a few kilometers we arrived at a place with two angares and it turns out that the other surprise was a free fall descent by parachute. 🤪
Pure adrenaline is little. A dream I had pending on my bucket list (we all have one).
And anyway, here you have some of what I experienced.
