In a previous post I promised that I will talk more about Ceahlau Mountains from Romania and show even more pics taken there. Well in today's post I am going to show you the place where it was our camping base. 🏕️
Durău is a little touristic station located right at the foot of the Ceahlau mountains. There is even a camping base with lots of facilities like: electricity, bathrooms, kitchens, chalets, grid.. It's a perfect place which can be rent for Chrismas and New Year Eve Holidays. 🎄
Close to this place is Ceahlău National Park which includes Duruitoarea Waterfall, The Toaca and The Great Wreckage Peaks, The natural areas of The stone of lime and Lake's Spring Of The Mountain. (I totally recommend you to visit this places - the longest route is about 3-days-long of climbing with 12-hours of continuous walking per day but it's WORTH IT!!) 🚶
Now, after I told you a little story and set our tent for the night, I thought I will also leave here a funny picture with me and my sister because.. this is how we try to act normal when we find a broken window.. 🤣
As you can see in the following picture the sun goes down..so it's time to get around the camping fire and welcome the night which is coming slowly.. Have a great Saturday, everyone! 🔥
