Hello community, today i want to show you guys a coastal town I like a lot!... It's called Chirimena, and is located in the Miranda State of Venezuela. I want to say that my English is not so good yet, if you could correct my mistakes it will be helpful, thank you.
Its main attraction are its beautiful beaches, the town possesses its own beach (the one i visited) and also others around. The water has different shades of colors: blue, green, turquoise and the white of the foam, it has fine sand of caramel color, that combined with the wind and the warm sun creates a perfect atmosphere of tropical beach to enjoy the the day with your family or friends.
Here: some pohotos of the beach.
Something that is very typical in this area is the music, the most common is called tambores , which is an inherited cultural expression that has its origin in the African slaves since the Spanish conquest, the rhythms are very fast and the songs tell stories and prayers to worship filling any space with magic.
There are places at the beaches to eat typical dishes. The most comon is fresh fried fish with tostones (chips of green plantain) and salad of carrots with cabbage, but you can also find "patacones", "tequeños", "empanadas", salads and others.
