Hey Steemians,
After sushi at Yakuza (my last post Here) I looked up where to find a good brewery and it happened to be right across the street. Haha. They have a great selection and a really cool facility! I present to you:
The 26° Brewing Co.
A pleasurable staff that have a great attitude, I mean who wouldn't working at a brewery, even if it's a lot of work. You learn how to brew beer and what it takes to run such a company. Here are the beers we chose to start!
Joe's Pale Ale (4.5% ABV | 20 IBU)
This light ale is an enjoyable selection for and Florida day.
Captain Ron, Hefeweizen (5.6% ABV | 15 IBU)
Fermented at higher temperatures and unfiltered for a smooth traditional hefeweizen with hints of banana esters.
Again, the facility was awesome as a whole.
The outside isn't much to look at, but it's big!
Their stills are huge! They even have pictures of the plans to stills on the wall. It was really cool.
Travel Steemers and see what you want to see. Hope you've enjoyed the post! Happy Trails!
