Before I moved to Barcelona, I was traveling at least once per month from Berlin here.
Luckily I have a good friend who was flying this route from time to time.
Every time my buddy flew, I had the opportunity to join him in the cockpit for the full flight, sitting in between both pilots in the so called ‘jump seat’, equipped with a headset listening to the air traffic.
These flights have been the most amazing ones so far.
Now Markus is flying the big birds.
Congratulations my friend, you earned it!
So the next time I will sit down in a jump seat, it might be in a 737 with 10h flight time east.
