Have You Visited... Tallinn, Estonia in the Winter. Clever Way to Make Streets More Walkable

Many places have walking streets and usually have ugly posts to keep the cars out, but Tallinn, Estonia has a better way to keep walkers in and cars out. These cute stone pigeons could be seen all over the Old Town to keep it a quaint and friendly place for tourists to browse the shops without pesky cars getting in the way.
