Who would have thought a 5 hour bumpy bus journey across the lands of Hungary could result in such a magnificent sight? I spent my whole day running around this bustling city in Croatia looking for some warm weather gear because it's chilly up in here! I guess my attempt at fleeing to the South failed me because it's not so different down here and I'm shivering my Bali-blessed butt-off. Could it be the palm trees are calling me back early? No! I must go on! I bought a vest and another sweater today so hopefully that'll be enough to get me through the horrendous wind chill that's threatening to foil my whole Euro trip! π Aside from the cold weather because I'm Canadian and that's our primary point of focus in communication- I found this adorable cafe today which is farm to table, organic and vegan! They might as well have had my name in shining letters above the door with a big arrow beckoning me to come and move in at my earliest convenience! I dropped by twice today in between looking for second hand clothing stores (because I believe in supporting recycle/upcycle and environmentally conscious shopping initiatives!) and the second time I stumbled upon their gluten free, organic beer section ππ€ I always have to do my duty and give such things a try, I'm sure you understand and appreciate that, right? π I'll give you the full low down next time around! From Zagreb with love! XO, Cece π
