The photo is of November when winter had set in in the Himalayas and the mountains above 2300 meters were covered with a sheet of white snow. I along with my friends made a plan to go to Bakkar Thach track which is 6 km on foot.
Due to knee-deep snow, it took us 3 hours to reach Bakkar Thach but it was fun after reaching there. All winter adventures will always be my favorite.

मैं इंडियन हिमालय के बहुत पास रहता हूँ और अपने घूमने के शौक के कारण मैंने बहुत बार पुरानी या ताजा बर्फबारी को देखा है। लेकिन आज भी इतने सालों के बाद मैं बर्फ में जाने के ख्याल को छोड़ नहीं पाता।
फोटो नवम्बर की है जब हिमालय में सर्दियों में दस्तक दे दी थी और 2300 मीटर से ऊपर के पहाड़ों ने सफेद बर्फ की चादर ओढ़ ली थी। मैंने अपने साथियों के साथ बक्कर थाच ट्रैक पे जाने का प्लान बनाया जोकि पैदल 6 किमी की दूरी पर है।
घुटनों तक को बर्फ की वजह से हमें बक्कर थाच तक पहुंचने में 3 घंटे का टाइम लग गया लेकिन वहां पहुंचकर मजा बाद आया। सर्दियों के सारे एडवेंचर मेरे हमेशा फेवरेट रहेंगे।
