If you've ever been to Italy you will know that its is one of the most volcanic places on the planet. This year I climbed Mt. Etna in Sicily and walked streets of Viagrande made entirely out of Lava! Here are a few pictures I would love to share with you:
Did you know that Mount Etna is an active stratovolcano almost 11,000 feet high, making it the highest mountain in Italy south of the Alps? The last major eruption was in 1992.
