If you plan on moving to Philippines I want to give you an Idea what the prices are for rent of condo 2 bed room here in Mindanao the most southern island ! Manila is far more expensive, Island of Luzon. This place cost 7,000 peso ($150.00)a month plus utilities water electric 2 bedroom up stairs wrap around deck first pics. 2nd pics cost around 10,000 peso( was 8,000) 2 bed room all fenced in condos these 2 places i have lived in so I know! It would be better if you rent a house around same price more private!
