Today I will tell you a true story about a Spider bite 🕷
Last summer I was travelling in the US. Somewhere in North Carolina, where I was staying for a few days, horrible thing happened… 🇺🇸
One afternoon, I decided to take a stroll through the pathway near the forest. Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain in my finger, it was a spider that bit me. 🌳😭
At first I thought it is nothing serious, I will just leave it. But after a few days my finger started to swell more and more and pain was unbearable. So I had to visit a local clinic or an emergency room, that is how they call it in America. 🏥👩⚕️
When I heard that I will have to pay 180$ for the appointment, I was shocked. 180$?!!!!! Are you serious, people? Just to check my finger? But I had no choice spider bites are dangerous… I didn’t want to risk my life. So I paid! 💸
Thankfully I had a travel insurance, so when I got back from my holidays I received my money back.👏
So my advice is, try to think forward and get a travel insurance before going abroad, as you never know what can happen to you along the way…🌎👍
