Kuakata, known as "the daughter of the sea", is located in Latachapali Union of Kalapara upazila of Patuakhali district of south-western Bangladesh, Kuakata, with a length of 18 kilometers, is one of the most natural sea beaches in Bangladesh. This is the only beach in Bangladesh where both sunrise and sunset are good, the best sunrise is seen.
