Another iconic place in Zagreb.
This is trully a beautiful church.
It's located on a square that is named just like the church.
And also, Croatian parliament is located on that square.
I walked next to that church more than a few times.
But, I haven't been there in a quite some time.
A year maybe.
The last time I was there is when I played with the band in front of it.
It's a tradition that musicians play in front of the church before the groom and the bride get into the church and marry.
I remember there were lots of tourists there when we were playing.
It was a show.
We took pictures with so many Asian people.
This is probably one of the oldest buildings in Zagerb.
It's not easy to determine the exact age because of the fire in the 19th century.
But, there are some elements of the church it's possible it was built in the 13th century.
It's amazing that something so old is still standing here.
I was never actually in the church.
But, now I have a wish to get inside.
I really want to know how it looks from inside.
I can see the pictures...
But, that's just not it.
I have to experience that moment of getting in and being amazed.
Eventhough, it's a little church, it's really unique.
And it's one of the symbols of Zagreb.
