It's been a while since the last time the family had an adventure like this. In fact, this extreme is the first time. Considering that this place is the first ever in the island of Mindanao, we took the chance to enjoy it and it's worth it.
Like we use to hear, travelling is good for a human person. It helps a lot in developing ourselves in a way that we are facing a different look of the environment, face a new surroundings, meeting different people. A travel that engage in adventure is a good experience that every family should do sometimes.
Aside from the learning and development that each member of the family will learn, our relationship will also grow tremendously. In our everyday living, we have our own different things to do, schools, work and other things that had been and will always be a part of lives. Only on this kind of activities that we can spend our time doing the same thing.
There are so many things we can do on this new water theme park and most of them involves extreme riding and slides. If people had been doing this, but with my family, its the first time. We felt the adrenaline rush, if that's what we call it. It's some sort of facing your fears driving to that holes and pipes towards the obstacles.
We can't hold ourselves but to shout. It's not because we're afraid (it could be) but because we are excited of the feeling that we not felt before.
Why need to scream?
Screaming bears a different tone of voice compared to the usual conversations that we hear everday. It will send a signal to the brain's fear circuitry, giving it a sign that something fearful is coming or is done by its body. As the brain process that sound it will give awareness to the body and tells it to prepare. Which is why screaming reduces the tension we felt on these kind of activities.
So at the end of the day, we are all exhausted but very much satisfied. We go home tired but with laughter inside our hearts. It makes the family more closer to each other, which is the most important thing of all.
