Adventure Time, come on lets go!
When I was 14 me and my best friend decided we wanted to go to Scotland and had many sleepless sleepovers planning out the details. But our life went in different directions. We went to different universities and moved to opposite ends of the country. But our friendship weathered the distance and 14 years later we made good on our primise and flew off on a Scotland Adventure!
Edinburgh was a beautiful and very hospitapal city. It has a medieval Old Town and elegant Georgian New Town. Looking over the city is Edinburgh Castle. Where we saw the Scotland’s crown jewels and the Stone of Destiny. We climbed Arthur’s Seat in Holyrood Park.
We also drank whiskey, ate haggis, jacket potatoes and saw lots of sheep. It was also my first time on a train (but it didnt take me to Hogwarts like I was hoping).
Never let your dreams of your youth be forgotten.
