You should really consider getting property in Puerto Rico!
I have been living here for about 3 years and I am soon to buy a house.
The corporate tax laws are much more chill than US (like 4% corporate tax!!!)
You can buy a nice house for $100k or less... I am getting a house directly on the beach for $160k
You do not need a passport to travel here, just hop on the plane with your ID and you are good to go!
