Couple weeks ago, I read a post from Hive account@detlev mentioning he is currently in Bali having a beer by the beach. Then, I told him that it would be great to have a meetup. It was rather challenging to communicate because I don't have a reliable internet service. And so, I went to the cafe where he mentioned on his post and had a look with my travel mate. So, the meeting that evening was more or less spontaneous.

On the way to the beach bar, I spotted Hive account@nomadicsoul who was on a motorbike. I was surprised to see her because I previously met her in Malaysia and we traveled together. At first I thought, It couldn't be her. Then, I texted her saying I spotted her and we had a meetup that evening as well.

As I am reaching the beach bar, I didn't know how detlev looks like. Then, I spotted a face that was familiar. I gathered my courage and asked that guy if he's on steemit but fortunately, he wasn't the person I was looking for. My face turned red and then I told my travel mate to sit a little further away from that table.

About ten minutes, I spotted a man with the gray hat. That time, I am certain that it was detlev. So, that evening, Hive account@nomadicsoul, Hive account@detlev and I are having chit chat by the beach and planning another meetup in Kuta.Not to mention, the other day, I was meeting with Hive account@ekavieka Hive account@singingland and they will be joining us as well.

And so, Finally!! Today is the day!
