The great central train station of New York, is the largest train station in the world in number of platforms and one of the most beautiful in the world. It is one of the architectural gems of the city, in a Beaux Arts style that has been preserved for more than a century. From outside it attracts its beautiful façade and invites us to get to know it.
Entering the station is a return to a glamorous and exquisite past, the most distinctive part of the station is the incredible aquamarine ceiling, as well as the iconic watch that I had seen in movies and television series. The clocks in the interior do not mark the exact time, since they are advanced around a minute so that the travelers do not miss the train.
In a place full of charm and mystery. Underneath the station, hidden from visitors, there is a secret way that links it to the Waldorf Astoria hotel and was used by President Roosevelt. There is also a gallery where if you stand at one end and another person at the other end, you can talk to her as if you were face to face. Fantastic no !!!
