I continued my journey and tours and this time, I visited Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra State.
Anambra is located at Southeast, Nigeria and is home to Nigeria's Greatest Southeastern leader, Late Odumegwu Ojukwu.
Anambra is know for their business prowess and doggedness.
The interesting aspect of my visit to this part of Nigeria is the oil palm that is commonly found here.
Some old stories and folklore said Malaysian scientists visited Nigeria and took along with them some oil palm fruits...Today, Malaysia surpasses Nigeria's oil palm.
Oil palm here is harvested and palm oil is extracted for use both domestically and industrially.
Palm wine is also obtained here with quite similar tree to the oil palm.
Palm wine is an alcoholic wine or drink that is useful to the eyes if taken fresh.
I love this photo so much. A mix of both the lovely blue sky and the palm tree.
I camped opposite this building and had to take photoshoots continually to get full glimpse of my interest.
Local Cock finding food since it is allowed to roam about.
Hahahaha... A word for this guys struggling with this stature for a photo..
Statures are more common in southern Nigeria than the North.
Imo State, South east Nigeria recorded more statures than any other state last year. Many thanks to the former Governor Rochas and no thanks again to him for spending huge resources on unnecessary projects at the time.
Yeah...Where I stayed during my tour
