Who hasn't known about the wealthiness of Indonesia? I'm so sure that most of people have already known about this lovely country. It has so many cities which are spreaded from Sabang until Merauke. Among those cities, there is a small city called Solo. That's the place where I was born. Although it's just a small city, I never get bored to live in it. Just in case you want to take a break from your busy days, I will suggest you to visit my city. Unlike other cities, Solo is not too crowded but it has a lot of worth-trying destinations. I'm going to make a short list about them. Check these out!
- Mangkunegaran Palace
The establishment of this palace was an impact of prolonged conflict which occured in the Sultanate of Islamic Mataram. Undoubtedly, it becomes the most famous landmark in Solo. Therefore, I put it in the first place. People, mostly the tourists, come here to know about inheritance in the past, such as wavy double-bladed daggers, spears, traditional clothes, the king's throne, etc. When you arrive here, you'll be welcomed by the dancers. There are also gamelan collections which can be played by the visitors, and sometimes, if you're lucky, you'll be taught by the courtiers. Don't be afraid of getting lost because there will be a guide who'll give you the right direction and explain things that you haven't known.
