It is called as Schlossmuseum in German. This is a fantastic museum to spend wonderful time, indoor and outdoor. Historically, it was a castle and the museum was built on this old castle. It is on a hill having magnificent view of Linz and Tuna river.
It is an extra-ordinary place containing art work, paintings, technology and daily life stuff, natural sciences and many more. It is a little like a pyramid, thus be careful and do not get lost.
Also you can wander outside of the castle. You will enjoy a bird-eye view of Linz and Tuna..you can sit there for long hours if you wish.
