Altamira in Venezuela
Altamira is an extremely old neighborhood in Caracas, Venezuela and it was established in 1577 by Juan Andres Varela. A larger part of Altamira's foundations were produced by Luis Roche, government official and property engineer back in the 1940's.
He had this vision of improving Altamira by separating it into roads and concentrating on a focal square. Today, it is a standout amongst the most costly places in Venezuela and it has turned into a business and tip top local location moved into one.
