A good video. I like how you break it down into internal and external resistance. I think it's also interesting to observe how the two might feed off each other.
For instance, if someone had a tough childhood, or say he's been brainwashed for years by toxic family members, that would probably create internal resistance when he'd decide to pursue goals or even think thoughts that challenge their belief systems (since subconsciously they still have some power over him). And that in turn might lead that person to then make bad social or career choices and those could create new external resistance!
It's like a compound effect! When a seed becomes a tree it will branch out into different directions but those could be merely a reflection of the initial programming of that seed. So I guess the most important thing is to give the most attention to changing the programmed patterns that no longer serve us by consciously (or perhaps even using techniques like hypnosis) rewiring our brain.
