La Mano de Punta del Este
The La Mano de Punta del Este is a figure made by Mario Irarrazabal, a craftsman originating from Chile. They call it "The Hand" or "La Mano" in light of the fact that the model is around five fingers which appears as though it is leaving the sand – more like from the hand of a mammoth man.
It is one of the spots to visit in Uruguay. Mario Irarrazabal could make it when he went to Punta del Este for International Meeting of Modern Sculpture in the Open Air in Punta del Este.
Among of the 9 stone workers who took an interest the gathering, his model turned into the most known about every one of the pieces.
