I went to the old fortess during my last day in Livorno, find it was hard , the fortress is not located in the city center, but it is quite close to the american market, the most famous market in Livorno, where you can buy army clothes . The old fortress from the outside seems an old boring building, broken and ugly just around the corner you can visite the inside , and it's hide a cool and magical place, still with middle age architecture, and you can visit a tower with an amazing view on Livorno city and sea. I did many pics, i loved the fortress, i hope you enjoy them as i enjoyed the trip. The fortress was my favorite place in Livorno!
