✔️Straight after our arrival, we took a tour to fly over the island, and it was 🙀...Freaking Amazing!!!
✔️We took the extended private island tour with Mauna Loa Tours . It goes for 75min (20min extra), it is pricey but it's a once in a lifetime experience, absolutely no regret!
✔️We flew over Manawaiopuna Falls aka “Jurassic Falls”, the Waimea Canyon, the Nā Pali Coast and entered the Mt. Waiale'ale Crater. One word: breathtaking!
✔️Our biggest highlights are the Nā Pali Coast and Mt. Waiale'ale Crater!
✔️The coast spans over 17 miles of sheer cliffs and is one of the most beautiful coastline in the world. The cliffs rise up to 1,200m above sea level and showcase old volcanic formation all covered with bright green vegetation.
✔️As for the Mt. Waiale'ale crater, it's the oldest volcano in the inhabited islands. We were "lucky" that it was partially rainy as we entered the crater there were over 20 waterfalls flowing in the crater, simply spectacular and magic!
✔️The tour was doors-off which enhance the experience! Be careful with your hair though, mine were all intertwined in the wire of my headphones 🙀!

✔️Dès notre arrivée sur Kauai, nous avons pris un tour en hélicoptère pour découvrir l'île...🙀Superbe!!
✔️Vol de 75 min avec Mauna Loa Tours - Assez cher mais une expérience unique, aucun regret!
✔️Nous avons volé au dessus des chutes de Jurassic Park (Manawaiopuna), du Canyon de Waimea, de la cote Na Pali et enfin dans le cratère de Waiale'ale.
✔️La côte s'étend sur 17 miles, des falaises abruptes qui s'élèvent à 1,200m! La découpe spectaculaire témoigne d'activités volcaniques très anciennes, maintenant recouvertes de verdure.
✔️Le cratère de Waiale'ale, est un des volcans éteint les plus anciens - Notre vol était partiellement pluvieux ce qui a conduit à cette experience unique où plus d'une 20ène de chutes d'eau impressionnantes tapissez les parois du cratère!
