Hi folks,
our road trip on Crete also took us to Matala.
The village on the south coast of the island. As you can see on the pictures, there are several caves built in the rocks. They were used as homes first and as graves later.
Matala was popular for hippies and also famous people like Cat Stevens and Bob Dylan used to live here.
