Prague left a lot of good moments in my memory. It's a city of legends and mysterious stories.
Our guide told us a lot of interesting stories that I would love to share with you.
First monument that i saw was Royal Estates Theater ( Stavovské didivadlo ).
This is the oldest theater in Prague and one of the most beautiful in all of Europe.
Mozart loved a lot the capital of the Czech Republic, the Estates Theater and his audience. It was here that in 1786 he introduced the "Marriage of Figaro" to the public, and subsequently his famous opera "Don Juan".
Near the theater stands the monument "Commander" or "The cloak of conscience".
The sculpture represents a cloak under which, at first glance, there is no one, but only on the first glance.
Under the cloak, a ghost of the commander, whom Don Giov had killed in the duel, hides. The commander defended the honor of his daughter. After death, the commander became a ghost, whom the thirst for revenge did not abandon.
Our guide said that tourists who see this monument for the first time, think that this is a monument to someone who was once killed near the theater. Now you know the truth 😁😁😁.
