This morning in Luxor Egypt I had one of the most memorable adventures of my life. I flew over the Valley of the Kings, and other monuments and temples in a hot air balloon. Balloon flight tend to be very expensive, but here it was very affordable.
I flew with Sindbad Balloons and Capt. Adel was our excellent pilot. The flight was smoother than you could ever imagine and so quiet and peaceful. Seeing the historical sights from the air was incredible.
Our landing was a gentle touchdown. I was most impressed with the safety standards. We were given written safety notes and an oral briefing.
