After two days in Dublin we rented a car and we headed to the famous Cliffs of Moher. Driving on beautiful Irish roads lasted about 3 hours to cliffs.
When we came there, there was a heavy rain and we decided to sit in the car and wait, because the Cliffs of Moher tourist center was closed because they did not have electricity. I do not know if the ticket is otherwise paid, but we did not pay for that time.
After half an hour the rain didn't stop, and we concluded that this is Ireland, and the chance that the rain would stop is very low so we went on a tour in the rain and quite strong wind.
Unfortunately, because of such a cloudy weather, the pictures are not very beautiful, but what can you do.
The Cliffs of Moher are 8 kilometers long, ranging from 120 to 214 feet above the Atlantic Ocean.
Wow! I'll just say that.
I know there are cliffs everywhere in the world, after all we have them in Croatia, but this is something special.
To see how the sea breaks on these high walls, there is a bit of fear in the bones.
And beauty can not be described with images and words.
The wind has strengthened more so we decided to abandon the circular tour that is recommended and takes about an hour.
We still walked a little, photographed the whole environment and went back to car all wet and frozen.
When you are visiting Ireland this is something you REALLY have to go for a visit!
