Great looking place. Will have to look this one up when I am back in town. Looks a bit $$ though. I often go to Jiro Maru in Shinjuku or Shibuya, do you know them? Counter yak-niku with A4 & A5 beef just like this, but you buy by the slice.

I'll never understand why this type of simple dinning is not more appreciated in the states.
