This is taken in the famous Merlion Park, one of the major attraction in Singapore. It is one of the busiest landmark in the place where both locals and tourists flock to stroll, take pictures and relax. Merlion is known to be a mythical creature with a lion's head and a body of a fish. There are two merlions situated in this park. The one I took picture of is the Merlion cub which just measure 2 meters and the other one is the original one which spouts water from its mouth.
