As hip as New York City is, I didn't encounter any restaurants that took any types of crypto currencies. A lot of places there don't even take credit cards! It's always surprising to me to find cash only establishments. However, I did find this website that supposedly shows a map of Bitcoin establishments. Hope it helps!
